Nevada Annual Report
Hands-off Nevada compliance

Nevada annual list filed every year. Automatically.

Sign up once. Every year, when your Annual List and State Business License come due, we file them with the same information on record and email you the state-stamped receipt. You do nothing. $29 a year plus the state's fees. Built for Nevada corporations, LLCs, LPs, LLPs, and nonprofits.

How it works

Four steps from "is it due?" to "filed." Then it repeats every year without you.

1

Look up

Search your entity by name or NV business ID. We'll pull your filing status and current officers from the public record.

2

Review

Confirm officers, directors, registered agent, and address. Make changes inline if anything has shifted since last year.

3

Pay

$29 a year for our service plus the state's own filing fees, passed through at cost. Charged only when a filing comes due. Cancel any time.

4

File, every year

We submit to the Nevada Secretary of State and email you the state-stamped receipt. Next year we file again with the same information, on time, without you lifting a finger.

Why file with us

A small Nevada-focused team that has been doing this for two decades. We answer the phone, we file on time, and we keep clean records.

  • Nevada-only focus. We don't do fifty states. We do Nevada, well.
  • Direct human review. A licensed corporate-services preparer reviews every filing before it submits.
  • Hands-off by design. We file every year with the information on record, when it is due. You never have to remember a deadline, log in, or re-enter anything.
  • Transparent fees. $29 a year for our service. State fees are passed through at cost, and you see the exact total before anything is filed.
  • Plain-language confirmations. You get the state-stamped receipt and a one-line summary of what was filed and what changed.

What a missed deadline costs

Late penalty

File the Annual List or renew the State Business License after the last day of the anniversary month and Nevada adds a late penalty to each. Two penalties, every year you are late.

Default, then revocation

Miss a year and the entity goes into default. Keep missing and the state revokes the charter. A revoked entity cannot sue, sign, or keep its name protected.

Reinstatement

To come back you pay every missed Annual List fee, every missed Business License fee, every penalty, and a reinstatement fee on top. A two-year lapse costs many times what on-time filing would have.

Our hands-off yearly filing exists so none of this happens. We file it every year, on time, with the information on record. $29 a year.
